Lisa Langenhennig

As a certified Institute for Luxury Marketing specialist, I specialize in Luxury and Lifestyle homes and especially love working with Waterfront and Equestrian properties. Have personally lived on an Equestrian Estate for 15 years and currently living on a navigable local river, I have a deep understanding of our area’s unique real estate market. That personal knowledge allows me to help clients determine and highlight their properties most exceptional features.

As an area native, I have built many personal and professional relationships through my network of friends, family, colleagues and clients. I have been a licensed real estate professional since 2005, serving Williamsburg and the surrounding counties of Central Virginia and Hampton Roads, and I now serve as a Realtor® and Associate Broker with Coldwell Banker Traditions.

I strive to find positive solutions to challenges with creative, out-of-the-box strategies, giving my clients a trustworthy partner in their real estate transaction. As a New Kent native and current local to James City County, I enjoy exploring everything our beloved area has to offer. As an outdoor enthusiast I spend much of my free time with family and friends on the rivers, in the woods, or exploring land throughout Eastern Virginia.

I was raised in an entrepreneurial family with parents in both the residential building and real estate industries. My lifelong experience working with them has given me a keen understanding of residential land development, custom home building, and the real estate market in our area. I look forward to working with you on your next real estate venture.
